The Twelve Months by Hans Bol

Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen owns a unique series of old-master drawings by the Flemish landscape draughtsman and painter Hans Bol from 1580-1581. His drawings of the twelve months were used as the design for a series of prints engraved by Adriaen Collaert and published by Hans van Luyck.
